T-cell factor

T-cell factor
Transcription factor, one of the high-mobility-group domain proteins, activated by wnt/wingless signalling and repressed by CREB binding protein. Coactivator is beta-catenin. Activation of TCF in colonic epithelium and other cells leads to tumours.
